When I noticed the neon pink paint on the sidewalk and then quickly noticed these gold shoes about to walk by I set up quickly. I'm happy with how it turned out. I love the colors. I do wonder what the neon paint coding means... any ideas?

The pink is for utility locates, there must either be come construction going on nearby or will be soon. I am not sure what the color pink is locating, but it is saying that the utility is running from side to side in your picture. the 3.3' is a distance notification, from either the surface or from that point 3.3' over. Hope that helps.
