All the way from Kentucky for Senior pictures. this girl is dedicated, plus shes the sister of the infamous Kristen Brockman (who has turned into the face of Samuel Lippke Photography).

I took this picture of Kristen Brockman on my patio.
She was assisting me with a shoot, as well as styling her sister for her senior pictures. This shot was taken while we were taking a break. Kristen is an amazing model, even when shes not expecting to be shot, shes still looking good in front of a camera.

MIDLAKE show.

Last night the Brother's Lippke continued their streak for having too much fun! Alright, not too much fun, but just enough to make me blog about.

Toi Thai fed us and our dates (Desiree and Kristen) dinner.
Maria Taylor opened for Midlake at the Henry Fonda and "Wild Youth" (the under age 13 rockband) opened for Maria.
Pretty insane concert if you were to ask me.

I know, I've procrastinated long enough! The business cards are finally here and the only reason I waited so long was for the hype! I wanted them to arrive fashionably late, to walk the red carpet while everyone was already enjoying the show, I wanted these promo cards to stand out as if they were at a funeral dressed in white with french cuff links.

Rock N' Reconstruct Fashion Shoot.

I just finished shooting a beach fashion shoot and a fall line for "Rock N' Reconstruct" (http://www.rocknreconstruct.com/main.html).
I'm soo tired! I have around 2000 images to edit, not to mention 2 engagement shoots and 3 weddings... good thing I'm having girl issues... I can just stay in my studio and get stuff done!!! No, but really drama is lame... I'm just trying to be the annoying optimistic guy... That will only last as long as a popcicle during the Santa Ana winds.

More to come on this issue and the photoshoot. For now... I'm gonna drop kick this vitamin water energy drink and blast through what feels like a quarter of a million images...too bad my wrist feels like its gonna fall off! oh no, here comes mr. Pesimistic!

All in All, an amazing day. Sweet pictures, amazing friends! (Big ups to my boy Ralph for being my right hand man...couldn't have done it without you kid! You are a brother to me!)
